APPLICATION VIA SCHOOL / OTHER AUTHORITIES
Sarawak Free School Transport is a new approach to provide free school bus service to primary and secondary school students. The Sarawak Free School Bus program is a Sarawak Government initiative under the Ministry of Transport Sarawak.
BIASISWA TEMPATAN YAYASAN SARAWAK (BTYS)
Skim Biasiswa Tempatan Yayasan Sarawak (BTYS) ini merupakan satu
inisiatif bagi membantu pelajar-pelajar Sekolah Menengah yang kurang
berkemampuan / miskin bermula daripada Tingkatan 2 hingga ke Tingkatan 5 bagi
membiayai kos persekolahan mereka.
Permohonan:
Semua permohonan adalah melalui pihak sekolah
Tempoh Permohonan:
12 Ogos 2024 sehingga 6 September 2024
Kaedah Permohonan:
Biasiswa ini dibuka permohonannya sekali setahun secara atas
talian melalui aplikasi My-Yayasan yang mana pihak sekolah perlu mengemukakan
permohonan masing-masing.
Syarat-syarat permohonan:
- Pemohon
mestilah Anak Jati Sarawak (sama ada ibu atau bapa atau
kedua-duanya) anak jati Sarawak.
- Terbuka
kepada pelajar Sekolah Menengah Kerajaan yang berada di Tingkatan
2 SAHAJA dan bersekolah di Sarawak.
- Pelajar
yang telah menerima biasiswa atau bantuan kewangan daripada kerajaan atau
mana-mana agensi lain, TIDAK LAYAK menerima biasiswa ini.
- Tidak
mempunyai MASALAH DISIPLIN BERAT (rujuk SSDM) di sekolah.
- Tapisan
pemilihan pelajar adalah berdasarkan pendapatan perkapita keluarga yang
telah disahkan oleh pihak sekolah iaitu RM1,500 dan ke bawah.
Kadar tanggungan:
Ibu/bapa, datuk/nenek, anak-anak yang bersekolah Rendah/Menengah / tidak bersekolah = 1.0
Anak-anak melanjutkan pelajaran ke IPT = 1.5
Anak-anak OKU/ tanggungan OKU = 1.5
Kadar Pembayaran:
- Kadar
biasiswa adalah sebanyak RM800.00 setiap tahun untuk setiap penerima
BTYS.
- Pembayaran
akan dibuat 2 kali setahun iaitu RM400.00 pada bulan Ogos dan
Oktober setiap tahun.
- Penerima
BTYS WAJIB mengemukakan salinan MYKAD dan ***slip akaun BANK SIMPANAN
NASIONAL (BSN) kepada pihak sekolah bagi tujuan penyaluran biasiswa.
****SLIP AKAUN BANK HANYA DIKEMUKAKAN SETELAH PERMOHONONAN DILULUSKAN.
Sarawak Education Enhancement Programme (SEEP) is a new approach for secondary school students. The Sarawak Education Enhancement Programme is a Sarawak Government initiative under the Ministry of Education, Innovation and Talent Development (MIETD).
Important Notice (1):
This program aims to help ease the financial burden on parents when it comes to providing school necessities for their children. Each recipient will receive RM200 worth of e-vouchers redeemable for school uniforms and other schooling needs at registered vendors statewide. The schools will identify eligible students based on the eligibility criteria and submit the names to the District Office (Pejabat Daerah) through the District Education Office (PPD):
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Students in Primary 1 and Form 1 only.2. Registered in e-Kasih database. 3. Also for students with special needs (OKU) and Penan students. 4. Verified by the District Focus Group.
